A successful self-storage conversion is not only about fitting more units into a building. It is about using every part of the available space in a way that remains practical for the customer.

In Nürnberg, that meant planning 570 storage units across three floors and 4,500 m². Alongside full-height units, the facility includes compact two-tier lockers. This creates useful capacity for customers who need less space while keeping every unit easy to reach.

We delivered and installed the complete self-storage system, integrated LED lighting and the electronic locking solution together with our partner Sedisto. Coordinating these elements across all three levels created a clear, secure and consistent experience throughout the facility.

The finished project shows how different unit formats, smart access and careful layout planning can work together to turn an existing building into a flexible and efficient self-storage facility.
