Our relationship with ColliCare began with domestic logistics in Norway. As our own international operations grew, particularly out of Lithuania, we expanded that relationship to cover international logistics as well — while continuing to prioritize ColliCare specifically for our Norwegian domestic shipments from the very beginning.

The biggest practical shift has been ColliCare’s online portal. Instead of managing shipments through a back-and-forth of emails, we submit all order and shipment information directly through the platform — a change that has removed an enormous amount of friction from our day-to-day operations.
