In Amsterdam, we delivered an extension to an existing self-storage facility, creating 85 units across a net area of 552 m².
The project required the new system to be integrated with an older facility and existing technical conditions. This made planning, coordination and on-site management especially important throughout the installation.
Despite the complexity, the extension was completed with a 77% space utilisation rate and an average unit size of 6.5 m². The result is a practical, efficiently planned addition that increases storage capacity while working within the constraints of the existing building.
